Job Description

Join a major organisational transformation program that is reshaping how infrastructure and digital solutions are delivered across a complex enterprise environment, enabling new ways of working, improving alignment between people, process and technology.

As a fixed term Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will help build the foundations for successful technology-enabled change across a multi-year transformation. You’ll bring structure to ambiguity, drive clarity for stakeholders, and ensure solutions are aligned to business needs and program outcomes.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead business requirements discovery and ensure clear, traceable documentation that aligns with program objectives.
  • Analyse and map current-state and future-state business processes using BPMN.
  • Identify risks, gaps, impacts, dependencies and integration points across systems and stakeholders.
  • Produce high-quality business requirements, process maps, functional specifications and other BA artefacts.
  • Facilitate workshops and guide stakeholders toward aligned decisions.
  • Develop UAT scenarios and support testing readiness.
  • Work with change and training teams to capture process changes and develop knowledge content.
  • Champion business needs and ensure delivered solutions are fit-for-purpose.

To be considered you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in complex transformation or enterprise-scale environments.
  • Advanced BPMN process modelling skills.
  • Demonstrated capability in eliciting, analysing and documenting business requirements with clarity.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking, with the ability to make sense of ambiguity.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Experience preparing UAT scenarios and supporting test cycles.
  • Experience supporting change initiatives including process mapping and training content.
  • Proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge, question, and drive alignment.

In return you'll join a collaborative working environment who focuses on delivery, you'll have flexibility to be able to work from home and you'll be offered a 12 month fixed term contract that is paying up to $159k + Super.
