About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Building Management System (BMS) Service Technician to join the team in Mackay. This is a fantastic opportunity to work directly with a diverse customer base, including universities, hospitals, and commercial properties. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to optimise their building management systems, drive energy efficiency, and deliver exceptional service. Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, you will handle installations, troubleshooting, and system maintenance, ensuring clients receive the best solutions to enhance their energy performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, service, maintain, and commission BMS and control systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to system breakdowns.
- Collaborate with clients to suggest and implement system improvements.
- Deliver services within time and budget constraints.
- Maintain high safety standards in line with onsite requirements.
- Participate in on-call duties and respond to after-hours emergencies.
