The Opportunity:

Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for finance and machinery? This is an exciting opportunity to join a driven team as a Salesperson in the Finance and Machinery division. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our efforts to help businesses acquire the machinery and equipment they need to grow and succeed. You will have the opportunity to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and deliver tailored financing solutions to a range of clients. This is a key position working in a high growth area of the business.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Proven experience in sales, with a strong background in financial services or equipment/machinery sales.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the machinery and equipment industry.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, equipment dealers, and industry partners.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored financing solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to structure and close financing deals.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors.
  • Provide clients with accurate and timely information on financing options, rates, and terms.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • A results-driven mindset, with a strong work ethic and the ambition to exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Any experience or understanding of machinery and equipment financing options and industry trends would be advantages but not essential.
