About you

As a Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation and support of the server environments, with a focus on cloud and datacentre solutions. Your expertise in Microsoft Servers, VMware, and related technologies will be essential in maintaining and administering their critical systems.

 

Key skills and responsibilities

 

• Utilize at least 5 years of relevant ICT experience in server environments.
• Implement and support cloud and datacentre solutions.
• Maintain and administer Microsoft Servers, VMware, and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Windows Server and back-office server products.
• Work with M365, Active Directory, Azure, Backups, Network, and other technology vendors.
• Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders to deliver effective business solutions.
• Create automated PowerShell scripts to enhance efficiency.
• Provide direction and guidance for monitoring and reporting tools.
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent client-facing skills.

 

What’s in it for you?

This is a project-based role where no two days will be the same, with a pipeline of work currently at 3 years, there will be plenty of contract extensions passed the initial 12-month term.
