Job Description
We are partnered with a Queensland Government department who are working on a number of large and complex ICT projects.
They are in need for a Business Change Manager as part of the implementation management team for the deployment of products and/or solutions. You’ll be responsible for the design and delivery of effective organisation change, working with a number of key stakeholders both internal and external.
You’ll be part of an established change group where you will support and collaborate with key project players from Project Directors, BA’s & SME’s to achieve effective outcomes.
You’ll assess change impacts, identify change risks and strategies for managing these, manage change related interdependencies between products and solutions being deployed in parallel and in cases where stakeholder groups are impacted by more than one of these at the same time. You’ll also manage the transition of artefacts to operational teams using an established framework.
You’ll have prior Government experience across Change management, be able to demonstrate experience working with complex multi-disciplinary teams. We are seeking someone with strengths in stakeholder engagement, communication, and the ability to manage the delivery of work.
Offering a mixture of WFH and Office, based in the CBD with ongoing contract extensions on offer.
