About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst for a 3-month rolling contract to support critical data cleansing initiatives and provide insightful reporting using Power BI.

In this role, you will:

• Lead data cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Design, maintain, and optimise reporting dashboards in Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
• Analyse people related and organisational data to identify trends and support decision making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data quality, reporting, and process efficiency.
• Support system optimisation initiatives and assist in ensuring HRIS data integrity.
