The Role
You’ll play a key role in advising a diverse client base—including government bodies and medium-to-large enterprises—on a wide range of workplace relations and employment matters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert advice on contracts, unfair dismissal, discrimination, enterprise bargaining, and compliance
• Leading workplace investigations and contributing to strategic solutions
• Managing files independently while benefiting from a collaborative team environment
• Building strong client relationships and handling matters end-to-end

What We’re Looking For
We’re interested in candidates who bring:

• At least 3 years of post-admission experience in employment law (senior candidates welcome)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and advocacy capabilities
• A client-first mindset and attention to detail
• The ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team
• A passion for continuous development and legal excellence
