Are you an experienced Commercial and/or Property Lawyer looking for a new opportunity in a dynamic and well-established law firm? We are seeking an experienced and motivated lawyer to join our Commercial and Property Law team in Brisbane.

About the Role

You will:

• work on a wide range of commercial and property matters including business and share transactions, contract advices, structuring advices and succession planning, all forms of property transactions including leasing, residential, commercial and rural.
• be part of a vibrant and supportive team but also have autonomy in running files and handling clients.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• At least 3 years of post-admission experience in commercial and property law (more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach and excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
