About the Role

As a Commercial Lawyer, you will:

• Provide legal advice on a wide range of commercial matters, including business transactions, contracts, corporate governance, and property law.
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Assist clients with business structures, mergers, acquisitions, and due diligence.
• Handle commercial disputes and risk management strategies.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• 2+ years of post-admission experience in commercial law (more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive approach and excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
