To facilitate this endeavour, they are seeking a skilled HR Data Specialist who can analyse and refine HR data within their Hire to Retire solutions.
What we are looking for
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the HRIS Program Management team, ensuring alignment with project requirements. Your key responsibilities will encompass the following areas:
- Conducting a comprehensive review of HR data quality.
- Performing necessary cleansing of HR data to maintain accuracy and integrity.
- Overseeing HR data migration and remediation processes.
- Collaborating with the Data Services Platform to incorporate HRIS data effectively.
- Possess strong experience and expertise in HR data management.
- Proficiency in extracting and analyzing data from HR systems, utilizing a variety of tools including Excel, PowerBI, and others.
- A strong comprehension of HR data concepts and the complete lifecycle of HR data.
- Highly desirable to have experience in the Hire to Retire business domain.
- Highly desirable expertise with SuccessFactors and SAP.
- An opportunity to contribute to the ongoing development of a HR Conceptual and Physical Data Model.
